• Expense Claim Form (for use to claim expenses incurred on ATA business for the local)
• Childcare Claim Form (for use when childcare is required in order to attend local council meetings - does not include the AGM)
• Local Council Meeting Sub Form* (for use for a half-day sub for teachers from specific schools to allow attendance at local council meetings)
• General Sub Form* (for use when on ATA business for the local)

* These forms must be sent to the treasurer BEFORE the date of the event for which you require a substitute teacher so that it can be approved and sent to Central Office.
